ruled和the ruled的区别是什么？

两种猜测：
1.统治和被统治
就是类似于in charge和in the charge吧
2.rule是名词，加个d就变成形容词词性的词了
而the ruled是形容词前加the，是指特定的一种人，类似于the poor(穷人）the rich(富人），这样的话，我猜不出具体代表哪一类人
难以确定

当ruled翻译为：规则时
ruled是泛指规则
the ruled 是特指某一规则
例如：
the ruled of school
就是特指学校的规则

当ruled被翻译为统治是
ruled是指统治
the ruled是指被统治

后者是形容词名词化，如：the killed,the created(死者，被创造者)
前者就是一般的过去分词做形容词
