口语一般是短句
听力会有很难的句子
预感和第一反应很重要

well, that's all depent on what subjects or topics. if it is just simple daily talk, i guess you could talk for a while. but, the question is you won't be able to talk very deeply. when you focus on on topic, for example tobet, just try to think how difficult to only use those simple words to exprss yourself and to understand other's.

so, daily talk, common subjects will be ok, but no deep communication.

as for grad 4, that's even more work.
