half of的用法

意为“……的一半”
后必须接名词，可数名词单复数，不可数名词都可以
需要注意的一点是，half of后接名词必须是half of+the+名词，这个the非常重要，不可省略！
half of+the+名词 = half+名词（注意，此时half和名词之间一定不能有the）

后面接名词 可以是可数名词 也可以是不可数名词
比如~~half of an hour 半个小时
half of the students
half of the milk

half of + 名词
Half of the orange was rotten.
这个橙子已经一半烂掉了。
Half of the oranges in the box were rotten.
盒子里已经有一半橙子烂掉了。
half of + 代词
Half of them are from Shanghai.
他们中一半人来自上海。
