我觉得没有问题
楼主的翻译有点意译了，而且，"最具希望"从英文里并看不出来啊。
我翻直一点，希望楼主看的懂

our nation shines as a beacon of hope and opportunity 这是个从句,我们的国家像灯塔一样闪耀着希望与机遇
第二个从句
a reason (that) many throughout the world dream of coming to America.
这里"many"是个代词，表示许多人，是从句的主语
throughout the world是个状语， 表示全世界
dream of coming to America 是从句用的动词短语 dream of doing sth
毛病就是我看不懂。一看就是中国人写的。一点都不流畅。而且这些词个人认为用的不地道。
