我觉得 这个是spend (in) doing sth 句型吗？？ surfing 后面我觉得不用 跟on

的确有spend on sth.这个说法，如How much time do you spend on your career?（你在事业上付出了多少时间？）
“网上冲浪”应该为“surfing the internet ”，不加“on”的。
你的第二个句子Internet是专有名词，要加“the”，其他都不错，比第一句简练多了。
