从军的英文怎么说啊

楼上说Join the army是对的但还不全面。
因为Army是陆军，所以Join the army 就是参加陆军。
如果参加海军，叫Join the navy
参加空军，叫Join the airforce
参加海军陆战队，叫Join the marine

如果要笼统地说参军的话，叫做Join the armed forces 或者就是一个词，enlisted

Join in the Army(陆军)/Navy（海军）/Air Force（空军）/Marine Corps（海军陆战队）；enlist

军队的总称也是 army，不用非得跟空军、海军划清界限。“参军”最常用的说法就是 join the army 了。：）
