楼主的程序分明是允许在UNIX或者LINUX系统下的，看/home知道了。

这句话的意思是程序无法通过localhost使用帐号a4149234_811来连接MYSQL数据库。

你看看你的/home/a4149234/public_html/so/settings/database.php文件第10行的数据库用户名密码这些是否设置正确了。
