1.if you have something to say 这句话好像是半句，if开头的句子一般是条
件句。
如：I will go to the zoo, if it's fine.
如果天气好，我就去动物园。
I will wait for a minute, if you have something to say.
如果你有话要说，我就等会儿。

如果你是要说“你是不是有话要说？”
那应该是（英式）Do you have anything to say?
或者是（美式）Have you anything to say?
