你提出的第一个句子本身就是错误的额...应该是go out ，没有to.
建议句型有两种问法，一种是Why not....另一种是Why don't you ...,这两个是等价的。你给的第一个有3个空，如果照我上面所说，那go往哪填？
第2个应该填did not
第3个是 Idon't think she is ...
