Well(常用拖延时间，in order to say in a natural way....),in my opinion,firstly,a leader should believe that he or she is a real leader,or we can say---confidence.You know ,It`s basic.No one is willing to believe a man who won`t believe himself..Ok.and ....the second one is responsibility.A leader should always keep this one .The leadership sometimes relies on responsibility.A leader should be selfless and brave enough to face any risks.Addionally, a leader should always be active ,friendly, and willing to learn more from mates,cos nobody`s perfect.A leader can`t do everything right.Just lend an ear to the members ,and be like a friends .That`s the best leader!
