what are you doing now ：你现在在干什么？
what are you doing at the moment？你此刻在干什么？

一般情况下，能用what are you doing now 的都可以改成what are you doing at the moment？，
但是用what are you doing at the moment？的不一定都能改成now 的说法，因为这个涉及到时刻之类的问题，以后你学得深了，就知道还有过去式，过去将来时什么的。

at moment没有这种说法，只有at the moment.现在进行时一般用NOW。AT THE MOMENT也可指此刻一段时间。

在指的是这一刻、此刻 的时候能互换。
