英语中的倒装句的人称问题.

是不是只有主语是我的时候才能用倒装，如果是bus啊computer啊he啊you啊之类的（如果有you的话举个例子），是不是就不可以用倒装了？

一般情况下倒装句的使用与主语无关，而是决定于谓语的形式和特殊词的使用。在以下情况中例外：
1.here be/come(适当形式）+主语（主语是代词时不倒装）
2.There be /go/stand/exist/come/follow/lived/remain（适当形式）+主语（主语是代词时不倒装）
3.In/Out/Up/Down/Away/...+主语+谓语（不及物动词）（主语是代词时不倒装）
这3种情况中除括号内注明的情况外均使用完全倒装。
注：特殊词是指介词短语，only，否定意义的词（如neither，not）等。

不是 像 there goes the bell.

部分倒装 把助动词（be,do ,does,have提前）
完全倒装 把谓语动词提前

Here's the computer (电脑在这儿.给你电脑)
Here can you sit (你可以做这儿.)
Thus can you do / manage it (你这样就可以搞定)
