1.按时完成公司的各项销售目标（进货、系统出货、柜台零售、其他销售）
2、协助所辖区内BA招聘、面试
3、通过在销售现场对BA进行各项培训，强化BA技能，提升销售业绩
4、带领辖区内BA提升柜台的销售业绩，完成销售任务
5、负责所管辖店铺的陈列工作，协助专柜库存管理，并落实执行公司促销活动的计划、实施与评估
6、负责与所辖区内的卖场人员的沟通．谈判和客情维护（柜位、促销档期等日常事务）
7、完成每月销售报表，向公司汇报本买场的相关信息、竞争对手的信息

Job responsibilities:
1. Achieve all sales targets required by company(stock,shipment,retail and other sales)
2. Assist with local BA employ and test
3. Training the BA by sales to improve their ability and sales achievement
4. Lead the local BA improve the sales achievement and complete the sales tasks.
5. Take charge of the display job, assist with the management of shoppe stock. Implement the planning of sales promotion, performance and evaluation.
6. Take charge of communicating with salers . negotiate with customer and keep information of customer(counter place, promotion period such as the daily grind)
7. Complete the month sales report and render the information of sales and competitor to company.
