建行卡能激活paypal吗

我想开通paypal并且即或， 但别人说必须要有一张国际Master卡或Visa卡， 请问建行的卡可以吗？ 我的卡上也标有Visa， 不知道可以吗？ 另外我在还有个工行的卡。

paypal注册程序:

Paypal是现在网络上流行的免费信用卡，现在对包括中国在内的近40个国家开放，Paypal支付将成为以后网上收钱的一个主要方式。但要注意的是：你要完全激活你的帐号，必须要有一张Master卡或Visa卡，否则现在只能申请一个帐号，以后有卡后才能激活。

首先进入网站 www.paypa1.com.cn 点现在注册

进入PAYPAL的申请页面（按----注册）按要求依次填入
First Name 名
Last Name 姓
Card Type: 信用卡的类型
Credit Card Number: 信用卡号
Expiration Date: 信用卡到期日

Billing Address (where you receive your credit card bills)
Street Address 市内地址
City State/Province / Region* 城市 省
Postal Code* 邮政编码
Country 国籍
Country of which you are a citizen 国籍
Telephone (country code first) 家庭电话，中国为86开头

Email Address (this will be your login name) 电子邮箱
Confirm Email Address 确认电子邮箱
Your password must be at least 8 characters and is case sensitive.
Create password Confirm Password 密码（8位以上） 确认密码
