attract more foreign investment for China
attract是吸引的意思，和for搭配；不过也许你想说的是引进的意思，那么就用introduce into较好。
另外，living standard，用单数呢~~
不对吧...好象,不能说..attract somebody into something吧....其它的有没错不敢说
