最近我想学一下翻译外语课本，就翻译了以下的一些句子，但不知道是否翻译正确，希望大家帮忙检查一下。

我觉得的你翻译的实在不怎么样，说实话，不看原文根本不知道你说的是什么，当然我的水平还不如你，更不会修改。只是觉得有几个地方有不同的意见
1、No matter at what level one is involved in systems development
这里的one 说的不是系统，说的是人，下边紧接whether 。。or。。
3、It has been our intention
有作者的感情在里面，你那个翻译硬邦邦的。
4、as being quite new, neither knowledge domain is particularly well defined.
我觉得而他说的意思是，因为是非常新的技术，
知识领域也划分的也不是那么清楚。是不是
给技术的下定义什么的困难？
应该是这样；
