摘要：本文建立在厦门大学厦泉实践队“台商在厦门及泉州发展环境调研”的基础之上，介绍了台湾的全民健康保险机制以及其优势，指出了大陆医疗体制存在的问题，并着重研究了厦门、泉州两地医疗环境水平，从中得出结论，厦门医疗环境优良，泉州医疗环境较差，并提出了一些建设性建议。

Abstract: This article establishes in the Xiamen University mansion spring practice team “the Taiwanese businessman in Xiamen and the Quanzhou development environment investigation and study” above the foundation, introduced Taiwan's all the people health insurance mechanism as well as its superiority, had pointed out the mainland medical service system existence's question, and has studied Xiamen, the Quanzhou two place medical service ambient level emphatically, draws the conclusion, the Xiamen medical service environment is fine, the Quanzhou medical service environment is bad, and put forward some constructive proposal. key words: Medical environment mainland Taiwanese businessman all the people health insurance
