对于贵方的提议，我们认为没有问题。商务签证的邀请函需要确切的访问人员的名字，护照号，职位，和大概的来访时间，请告知、我将在这个星期完成邀请函，不知道可否E-MAIL给你电子版，或者快递给你。另外，我们的会谈能否安排在9月20号之后，而十月份，我们也将去杜赛尔多夫的展会。

As to your proposal, we think it is ok. The invitation letter of commercial visa needs exact names, passport numbers, occupations and probable visiting time of visitors. So please inform us and I will accomplish the invitation letter within this week, and I wonder it I should deliver the letter through E-mail or express delivery. Furthermore, could our meeting be arranged after September 20th? And we will also go to the exhibition in Dusseldorf during October.
