TOEFL的写作，用注意大小写吗？句首大写。

要得，一定要开头大写尽管OG上没有大写，否则扣分的。
段落间空行，但是打头写， 比如：
TOEFL tests the people whose mothertongue is not English。（第一段）
（空行）
It is estimated that the amount of the test-takers increases dramatically in China。

或者不空行，段落开头空四格，如：
TOEFL tests the people whose mothertongue is not English。
It is estimated that the amount of the test-takers increases dramatically in China。

需要注意，句首肯定是大写。
段首有两种处理方法，一种是缩进一格，一种是顶格，但在两端之间空一行，我比较喜欢第二种

段落格式最好是每段之间空一行，段首就不用空行了。那样看起来比较舒服

当然要注意了，而且开头要顶格写，段间空一行。同时还要注意不要用俚语什么的，这不是口语考试。
