两个关键词：
orientation是大目标，大方向，而且具有指向性。而direction多用于直来直去的简单路的方向。

prosperous翻译为繁荣的。“先进”，感觉用advanced不好，因为是先进“文化”，而不是先进的技术。英文用繁荣的文化，感觉更通顺些，prosperous culture。
