首先，我的家庭组成有爸爸妈妈和我。
爸爸和妈妈是公司职员，我是一名初中生
我通常学习到很晚。起得很早。但是我经常早起做运动，一般是1个星期2——3次。我走路上学。这也可以锻炼身体。我也很喜欢垃圾食品。但是我尽量很少吃。一般是1个星期1-2次。我从来不喝咖啡。我不喜欢它。但是我喜欢水果。我几乎每天都吃很多种类不同的水果。但是每天很少吃蔬菜。我通常喝牛奶。我不清楚我一天睡几个小时。但是我猜至少6个小时
我的妈妈通常起得很早，休息的也很早。她也喜欢吃水果。但她更喜欢蔬菜。我的妈妈从来不喝 牛奶，也很少运动。
我的爸爸经常抽烟。而且不喜欢水果和蔬菜。他也从来不喝牛奶，不运动。但是他喜欢喝豆浆，每天早上一大杯。
