UC知道急解决的系统问题！高手来帮忙！要高手哦！

连续几天了，电脑主机吱~~~~~~~~的响后就马上死机，出现蓝屏，显示下面的一段话！
A problem bas been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen restart your computer If this is screen appears again follow these steps :
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software . Disable BIOS memory .options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components .restart your conputer .press F8 to select Advanced startup options and then select safe mode

每次我都要按F11重新还原系统才打的开，但是每次都丢东西！过几天又死机了。
今天我重新启动没有马上按F11，我首先按F8进入安全模式，但是它显示的是（windows root\system32\ntoskrnl.exe丢失还是什么的。
哪位高手帮帮

我以前在网吧遇到过，有的时候重启就好了，这是硬件和某些软件不兼容的问题，但是主要是你的主板不太好，就是不稳定，在一个就是你的内存检查内存
1.你看看最近有就没新载软件或者硬件,我看这位仁兄多半只装软件,不可能有装硬件.
2.在关机状态下,将你所有能拨下来的硬件拨下重新插一下,包括CPU,像显卡、内存什么的金手指最好用酒精擦一下
3、重装系统，哪太简单了，到www.ylmf.com上去下一个GHOST版系统，再下个一键原软件，只需按一个键就搞定了
