ASP 关闭页面事件

一个页面在点击右上角的关闭按钮时打开另一个页面，应该如何实现？
如果用onUnload的话无论是关闭还是刷新都会打开该页面，如何才能只在关闭时打开，刷新时不打开？
ASP中点击右上角关闭按钮时触发的是哪个事件？
