【I think your needs】怎么用

看到说【I think your needs】可以用在面试官那？？可以让他/她觉得你善解人意？？
问题是我不大理解这话的确切含义，或者说咱不懂这句话该怎么用？？

PS 是【I think your needs】没错。一字不差。

I think your needs=I think your needs are getting a capable assistant and finding one you could pay little.

应该是"i think you need"不是第三人称所以没有S。
这句话的意思就是“我觉得你需要” 个人认为这句话不适合在面试的时候说。

没见过这么用的啊
