so+adj. so为副词
【The weather is so nice that all of us want to go to the park.】

such+adj. such为形容词
【It's such nice weather that all of us want to go to the park.】

such+adj.+不可数名词或复数可数名词+that

such+a/an+adj.+单数可数名词+that=so+adj.+a/an+单数可数名词+that
【Mike is such an honest worker that we all believe him.】=
【Mike is so honest a worker that we all beleve him.】

一句话，so后面直接跟形容词，后面+that再+名词。such后面加形容词后+名词再加that
