摘要：中小企业在一国经济中发挥的作用具有不可替代性，但其进一步的发展却受到许多因素制约，这些因素中最突出的表现就是融资难这已经成为制约其发展的“瓶颈”问题，为了解决融资难的问题，首先就要对融资现状进行分析，本文试图通过对中小企业的自身现状，融资的环境，面临的主要困难等方面进行探讨，从完善我国中小企业融资的法律法规、国有商业银行改革、建立专门的中小企业信贷机构等方面对我国中小企业的融资难题进行讨论。
