摘要
权威管理学大师、著名的企业史学家钱德勒教授曾经指出，组织的新的战略要求一个新的或者至少是经过重新定型的结构与之相适应。企业在面对竞争日益激烈的市场环境中，要谋求生存，获得发展，取得效益，这一系列的关键在于企业高层管理者根据公司环境以及技术、企业状态等一系列因素，制定的企业战略，而组织结构能否与战略有效匹配却又是企业战略能否有效运行的至关重要的条件。
本文用理论联系实际的方法，以某一具体公司为例，试分析该公司组织结构中的一系列问题，对问题提出解决方法，对新的组织结构进行一定展望。

Abstract
Authoritative management expert and famous enterprise historic professor QDL indicated: New strategy of a certain organization need a new or at least a constantly shaped structure. Enterprise have to survive and develp and earn profit when they face increasingly intense-competition market. The main point in this process is defined by factors such as technology, skills, company orders which advised by manager in terms of enterprise environment. Meanwhile ,effective organization which fit for very company is the most important condition of all.
This article tried to analyze a series problems appeared in a company with principles and facts. Also suggested some possible solutions as well as prospected future.
