Abstract：高压隔离开关在10kV配电网中不可或缺，主要安装在配电线路的联络点、分段处、分支线等处，在电路中形成明显断开点，且大量参与改变运行方式的倒闸操作，所以难免出现这样那样的故障。由于带电作业可以创造巨大的经济效益和社会效益，因此在具备带电作业的前提下一般可以采取带电处理此类故障，作业的方法可采取带负荷或空载进行更换两种方式，但在实际中考虑隔离开关的损坏程度（有时导致隔离开关无法断开）和停电造成的损失，主要的方法还是要采取带负荷更换隔离开关。
