对于第一个问句我有点不理解,请问它变成陈述句是这样吗:he could have done this was there,总觉得少点什么呢?是不是应该...was at there?变特殊疑问句是不是应该who was at there that could have done this?

原句没错，不过你变成的陈述句的确缺了一个东西，就是在he后面应该加一个that，这样that could have done this就跟原句一样是一个定语从句了。

at there 不对
我想over there 更正确些

另there前不能加at
