应该怎么办啊？急啊……
你的系统安装了.NET Framework 2.0了吗？没有就安装上。还有去微软中国网站上升级一下Windows Installer ；此问题应该是因为系统版本旧引起的。
有cad2006及以上版本，里面包括.NET Framework 2.0，直接点击安装就可以了！
