UC知道开机蓝屏，该怎么解决？跪求高手了

我开机的时候过了写着“windows XP”的那个画面之后就蓝屏，需要关闭重启电源3次以上才会正常进入系统？这是什么故障？安全模式能进。该怎么解决？会不会以硬件有关？

安全模式下卸载所有驱动，从起电脑，看看能进吗。能进的话，就再安装驱动。
买张ghostxp的8.5的系统盘，开机时马上把盘放进去，会出来一个蓝色背景。按键盘的数字1.会出来进度条，等结束后把盘拿出来
重装系统即可解决
这不是硬件问题。只是你的驱动安装的不正确，不匹配。如果你是新手，建议去买一张xp GHOST XP3 的系统盘 或者在网上下一个ISO镜像也行 再装个虚拟光驱 装的时候会自动选择相应匹配驱动安装到你的电脑上。这样很快 没必要发时间去找驱动
