首先，本文对质量管理的理论部分进行了概述，主要叙述了质量及质量管理的含义和质量管理发展历程以及其对企业、社会及人类生活所起到的重要作用，对公司实施的全面质量管理内容做了重点介绍；其次，分析和研究了当前公司的质量管理体系，包括公司质量管理的现况、存在的问题等几个方面的研究；最后，针对公司的质量管理现况提出相应的质量管理规划，并对其内容进行简要的阐述。
