it looked like a fine day today.
the sun was shining，and only a little breeze blew！
in the morning，i found some people were running on the roadside for exercise，then i realized that i have not did exercise for
a long time ！
i remembered that when i studied in middle school
i exercise my body every day ，i used to go runing，done push-ups
i have done fifty push-ups at a time ！
but now i become so lazy！
so，i decided to resume my exercise from now on！
