你需要查看你的权限是否支持你在c:建立目录，可以通过在命令行直接运行命令，查看结果。
还有，你的c:\a\b中a和b是不是仅是简称？如果是简称请全写出来，才能够判断，因为不是什么目录名都能用于创建的。

程序没有问题，也许是权限问题。

没有权限？你md换成mkdir试试
