This Agreenment made and entered into this 15th of February 2008,by and between the beijing Kaiwei Law Firm whose address is 909-910A Huabin Building.8 Yonganli Jianwai Street Chaoyang Area Beijing City and the Stones Alexarder Solicitors whose address is Kingsland House,122-124 Regent street London W1B5SA.
According to both parties recognize the need for business develoment,in the principle of mutual benefir and reciprocity,after full consultations,now,therefore,it is bereby agreed as follows.
1.the two parties recognized each other agreements in their respective regions designated as the only legitmate one's own partners.
2.The two parties should strictly abide by the agreement of their respective host country laws and regulations.
3.The two parties make their own decisions and their own commitment to the company's operating and legal risks.

这个协议于2008年2月15日签订并生效的，签订的双方分别是北京凯威法律事务所，其地址位于北京朝阳区永安里建外街华冰大厦A座，901-910室。（北京地址我不熟悉，所以我只是按拼音写的，你自己把地名改下）另一方是斯通亚历山大律师，其地址是London W1B5SA,Regent 街122-124号，Kingsland住宅区。
根据双方对业务发展的认同，本着互惠互利的原则，经过充分协商，达成协议如下。
1 ，缔约双方在各自的领域中认可对方的协议，并将对方指定为唯一的合法合作伙伴。
2，缔约双方应严格遵守各自所在国法律和法规的要求。
3，缔约双方对于公司的运营和法律风险，可自行进行决策，承诺。
4，按照合作协议，双方公司将共享客户 ，并将自己丰富的技术性支持提供对方. 但双方收益及结算费用需分开进行。
本协议按上述指示的日期生效，并于2009年2月31日自动终止， 双方可以依任何原因中止本协议，但需提前30天以书面形式通知另一方。
