本质量手册适用于泰科电子（青岛）有限公司的通信、电脑、汽车及其它民用电子R|产品的连接器的设计、开发和生产过程，并可作为第二方、第三方质量体系审核使用，也可作为宣传广告使用，向顾客展示质量保证的原理及证据。
本公司的生产的连接器按顾客的不同分为汽车类和非汽车类，非汽车类产品不纳入TS16949认证审核范围。
因本公司的顾客财产仅为各种图纸和资料，所以标准7.5.4条款的要求按《文件/资料和记录的控制》102－77001实施控制和管理。

This quality manual apply to the connector design,develop,and production process of communication,computer,automobile and other electronics for civil use of Tyco electronic(Tsingdao) Ltd.And can be used for auditing as second party or third party QS(quality system),also can be used as a advertisement,Show the theory and proof of QA(quality assure) to customers.
The connector we made can be segmented into Auto or Non-auto accroding to the different customers.The non-auto products are not in the auditing range of TS16949.
Because our customers' property is only blueprints and data,the require of standard 7.5.4 item need to Implementation control and manage according to the <control of file/data and record>.
