一般来说since表示从……起，until表达到……为止
举例来说，我从去年起就开始学画画：I have learned drawing since last year.
直到十点我才睡觉：I don't sleep until ten o'clock

until用在肯定句中，表示在那个时间点之前的所有动作都是until前面的那个动作，而用在否定句中时，表示那个动作直到那个时间点才发生
拿上面那个句子举例，它是一个否定句，睡觉这个动作直到十点才发生
如果把这个句子改成：I continue to watch TV until ten o'clock
这是一个肯定句，说明十点之前我一直在看电视
