SAT essay question

Do you think that ease does not challenge us and that we need adversity to help us discover who we are?
This is an SAT essay question, so I need example from history, literature or current events. Thanks everyone!!!!!!!!!

首先，同意肯定好写；
其次，不要用中国的例子，就是用也不要写是中国的，因为你认为讲得明白的东西，看的那个很可能一头污水。还有就是中国的名字也最好别用。
所以，有两个选择：1、编故事。随便写个名字说是你的朋友，在逆境中找回自己；
2、写著名的，如经济危机OF 30‘S-BIG DEPRRESSION，帮助美国人认清自己，或者说二战帮德国人认清自己
