UC知道问题比较长：HP3803崩溃，用光盘无法重装

在启动崩溃时，出现如下字行：a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer. if this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation,ask your hardware or software manufacturer
If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe mode.

从上述字行中我大概看出了是我的硬盘的问题，但是：
现在的问题是，我进入了Safe mode，但是无论点什么选项还是会出现上述字行，@放入了VISTA的系统光盘也无法运行@,即未出现所谓的提示。
恳请各位大大告知，该如何着手进行HP拯救计划？?

是用光盘启动的还是用硬盘启动的？？？
我遇到硬盘引导区损坏的情况，用光盘装系统时，复制完文件后引导不了系统，也没修复，又买了块引导系统，坏的可以存东西
