我这样翻译正确么？语法什么的有错误么？

在最近的2个批号的M5产品生产中，在放料时过滤袋经常被堵住。每罐装300-400公斤就要换一个过滤袋，否则料就无法放出。每个袋的底部都有15-20CM的料，料中没有颗粒状及块状物体。具体情况如下。
In the recent two times of M5 productions, the filter bag have been blocked up so often. We changed the one filter bag when we poured 300kg-400kg of materials to the drum or the materials could not been poured. There is 15-20cm of materials in the end of the filter bag.
