UC知道问个电脑蓝屏问题，请高手指教，不胜感激！

我的电脑自系统重装以后的两天内又出现蓝屏，重复出现多次了。我再次重装以后又蓝屏之后又重装，反反复复，而且间隔时间都在两天左右，真是奇了怪了郁闷死了~~~我电脑是外行拉不太懂的，出现蓝屏上面有下面的英文字幕，请高手帮忙看下究竟是怎么回事要怎么解决：

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer.If this screen appears,follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.

If problems continue ,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching
or shadowing.
If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.

出现上述现象已经不是
系统提示你有硬件错误,可能是新安装的硬件或软件引起的内存错误.如果你最近换了什么硬件,那很可能是这个硬件引起的,也可能是新安装的软件引起的,把最近安装的软件都卸载掉,再有问题就把主板上的东西都把下来重新插一遍,可能是哪个硬件松动了,如果还有问题,那八成是什么硬件坏掉了,只能拿去修了.
