Hi, How are you doing! I am XXX and I work at the school. welcome to China. I will take care of you guys around 5 days. If you have any question just let me know.
you could ask some question like: How was the trival. How old are you? Have you ever been in China? Do you have any plan? and so on...
I don't think the introduce is important. Actually, you should answer them question in the near future.
