with sth. done 和 with sth. being done有什么区别啊

前者表示已经做好，后者表示正在做。

With my homework done, I began to watch TV.
我作业做好了，就开始看电视。

With my bike being repaired, i can go nowhere.
我自行车在修，哪儿也去不了。

with sth. done 表示这件事情已经完成，
with sth. being done 表示这件事情正在做
