那么那句话的意思是付款应该付现金。。

可是should的意思是应该，应该又是理所当然的意思

如果用理所当然来命令客人，就不符合日常场景

而shall用作情态动词可以表示“强制命令”

如果改用shall的话

就符合旅馆的规定了

它不是说这是我们旅馆的规定吗？

规定不就是含强制命令的吗？

所以用shall更好！

省略shall什么也不写也是对的
