He still doesn't know和Still he doesn't know的区别

still用在分句首一般是but（但是）的意思，如：
He is tire, still he doesn't want to have a rest.
他很累，但他不想休息。

still用在句中有“仍然”的意思，比如说：
I'm still going to his birthday party.
我还要去他的生日聚会。

所以，He still doesn't know = 他还不知道。
Still he doesn't know = 但是他不知道。

后一个句子把still 放到句子前有强调的意思。
第一句是，他现在还不知道。第二句，言外之意就是，都到现在了，他还不知道呢。
