简而言之，you and I作主语，you and me 作宾语。

这个很简答，其实这个问题可以简化为I 和 me 的区别！
I当然是作为主语的时候出现
举例：
I have a beautiful girl.
I love you.
me则是一般出现在动词或者介词的后面！
举例：
He bring me an apple.
She is waiting for me.

you and I 用于语句开头

you and me 一般用于语句中 结尾等 如between you and me For You and Me。

说白了 you and i用在主语的时候,而后者则用在宾语的时候较多.
做主语的时候用YOU AND I.
