1）产品在一年内有问题需方能修理的尽量修理，不能修理的由供方免费提供备用品。
2）需方必须例行合同条例付款，不得以运输、使用、质量、回款等原因拒付货款，逾期每天按所欠货款的3%计算违约金。
3）供方只对所供产品的质量负责，不承担任何间接损失。
