为什么后面就跟陈述句呢?
但还是有why do you think can improve = =
那为何又有：what do you think is the most……这里不是陈述句呃……

因为do you think已经有疑问句的语序了，所以后面就只用陈述句的语序。
另外后面那句话缺主语啊，应该是Why do you think you(or anybody) can improve?
按照正常的来是do you think Why +陈述句……，不过大家习惯说成Why do you think…… do you think有疑问成分，所以后面直接加陈述句。类似的还有do you suppose, know
