求救，关于struts tiles标签

当我将action设为 <action path="/modifyDBConn" type="org.apache.struts.actions.ForwardAction"
parameter="modifyDBConn"></action> 能够将页面显示在正确的位置，但是这提交的话不能处理业务，而我将action 设为<action
attribute="modifyDBConnForm"
name="modifyDBConnForm"
path="/changeDBType"
scope="request"
parameter="methodmodify"
type="com.mycar.struts.action.ChangeDBTypeAction" >
<forward name="modifydbs" path="/modifyDBConn.jsp"></forward>

是能够处理业务，但显示出的是一个单独的页面，而不是出现在主页的content位置。怎么做到提交页面时既能处理业务，又能将响应的页面显示在指定的位置能。
初学tiles 问题可能有些弱智...
