I bought a swatch in China about half a year ago, now am in the US. but the watch is broken. The watch face and the belts fall apart. So that I even have no idea about when I lost my watch face. Yet I still have the belts with me.
Is there anyone who is expertized in Law and tell me what to do to get any compensate?
I need professional advice.
Both Chinese Law and US Law are available.
Thank you so much.

China is Civil Law country but US is Common Law country. Which is different laws. Unless you bought your Swatch from Hong Kong then you have chance to claim back your warranty. You must have your warranty card. However, another problem exist which is you bought your Swatch from Asia. There is under the contract law, the warranty has stated very clearly. Swatch only offer warranty for Asia customers except some others country.. I think you cannot claim your warranty in the US unless you flight back to China or any others Asia countries such like Singapore to claim another new one. You do not have right to entitle any monetary compensation but you have chance to replace a new Swatch within the warranty period.
